Everyone that I interacted with was easy to speak with and had positive attitudes. In particular, Kevin Valentine was my salesman. Great guy! Allowed me to adequately test drive both choices I was considering and was honest in his thoughts without pressure. Was really relaxed and felt no pressure at all in making my final decision. Was thorough in walking me through the entire sales process. Also provided options for getting my trade-in towed to their dealership and returning my rental car, which was a big help. Also enjoyed speaking briefly with Blake and dealing with Dustin on the financing side. Great group of people!

It was a pleasure to work with Derrick. After test driving the car for a second time, I was still unsure if I wanted to purchase or should continue to shop around. I expressed my concerns, he listened for comprehension and took the time to answer all my questions and provided back up docs to ensure I was getting a good vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had, I didn’t feel pressured to hurry and buy and the staff was friendly as well. Derrick reached out the following day after I purchased my Murano to ensure everything was well. I highly recommend Derrick and Newton as they treat you like family, I didn’t feel like they just made the sale and didn’t care what happened after the sale was final!

I am writing to share my recent experience with your
I am writing to share my recent experience with your dealership. While I was pleased with the service provided by the Sales department, my experience with the Finance department was far from satisfactory. In July 2024, I purchased a new vehicle along with an extended warranty and a service contract. Unfortunately, the Finance department did not clearly disclose the itemized details of the finance amount and the cost of the extended warranty. They only provided the monthly payment and the interest rate. Trusting this information, I signed the necessary documents. The following day, I received the documentation on a flash drive and, upon reviewing it, I realized that I was not satisfied with the costs associated with the extended warranty. Consequently, I signed a cancellation request for the extended warranty. I was informed that the refund would be adjusted to the loan principal within 12 weeks. The next day, I contacted the Finance department via phone to ensure all cancellations were processed correctly. During this conversation, I was dismayed by the unprofessional behavior of the Finance team member, who stated, "You came yesterday for car delivery, what do you want now?" This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a new customer. Six months have passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite these issues, I appreciate the lesson learned and hope that my feedback will help other customers to be careful on reviewing the papers before signing. Thanks.

The dealership was amazing. There were many nice people there ready to help. The dealer that took care of me, Pauly D, he was nice and was patient with me and my mom while we were there as we were looking into me buying my first car. I had test drove a Nissan Kicks at another dealership that was a 2019 and he worked his magic and helped me get into a brand new 2024 Nissan Kicks. Never in my life did I think that especially my first car be a brand new car, so even though it's been a couple of days since, I'm still on cloud nine.

My college age son bought a new Rogue.
My college age son bought a new Rogue. 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last Friday new tires, check engine light is on. They tell me we gotta pay $175 diagnostic fee to even check to see if the warranty to fix what’s wrong. I am gonna have to get his car there & him back & forth to work 2 days & leave the car. So they can even determine if it’s gonna be covered under warranty. Then I ask to see Tad. He put me off on Matt in service who was hateful as could be. Just recently I had my battery sluggish. I stopped but was told it was too close to closing to check my battery cables etc. I’m 65 year old female who really wanted to riisk getting stranded somewhere.! Good thing I was at home because very next day I had a dead battery at home. My neighbor boosted my battery. I did not return there for a battery. Nor did my son. His battery went dead week ago Friday. This past Friday required new tires, and now check engine light on. Is this the type vehicle Nissan is putting out. And service what happened to make it right & care for your customer? I’ve bought 6 cars from newton gallatin over the years. I’ve spent lots of money there & it’s terrible service. Your service manager is hateful to women. I’ve been talked down too & it was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer. My son purchased his car 2121, I bought a car last March. I won’t spend another dime there for a vehicle I’ll go next door. Why purchase externed warranty when your car starts falling apart at 36,000 miles. I’ve requested Mike to call me? Nothing! I’m disgusted. I will tell everyone my experience! I’m not the only resident in sumner county disappointed in newton nissan. I hope you are satisfied taking advantage of middle class people!

And service what happened to make it right & care for your customer? I’ve bought 6 cars from newton gallatin over the years. I’ve spent lots of money there & it’s terrible service. Your service manager is hateful to women. I’ve been talked down too & it was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer. My son purchased his car 2121, I bought a car last March. I won’t spend another dime there for a vehicle I’ll go next door. Why purchase externed warranty when your car starts falling apart at 36,000 miles. I’ve requested Mike to call me? Nothing! My college age son bought a new Rogue.
My college age son bought a new Rogue. 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last Friday new tires, check engine light is on. They tell me we gotta pay $175 diagnostic fee to even check to see if the warranty to fix what’s wrong. I am gonna have to get his car there & him back & forth to work 2 days & leave the car. So they can even determine if it’s gonna be covered under warranty. Then I ask to see Tad. We just had our 2021 Nissan Maurano serviced with tire rotation and alignment before leaving McKinney, Texas a couple weeks ago to retire to our new home in Gallatin. For some reason; I was losing pressure in my left rear tire and this concerned me. I was so grateful that Matt is the young man that I approached to ask to whom I would speak to help me…not only did Matt listen to my concern, he immediately took my Maurano in the bay and checked out the tires and the PSI and assured me that he had them all where they needed to be. I came in the dealership to get oil change and tire rotation on other vehicle and seen another Rogue in the color I liked and talked to Moses about it in between his appointment. Moses politely asked Tommy Harper to show me the new vehicle since Moses appointment was was running over. Tommy introduced himself and we hit it off great, I had already told Moses don’t put me with no one that is not as friendly as him and wasn’t going to keep it real about the car prices. Tommy Harper listen to me and explained to me all the different gadgets on the new Rogue that was not on my other Rogue Moses sold to me and I was filled with joy of test driving it and Moses of when they detailed the car OMG it was a beautiful thing 😊 I really appreciate Jovani Campos listen to me concerning the car note I could pay and got it that range. I really appreciate Moses for always looking out for my best interest, Tommy Harper is right up there with Moses they’re 2 great salesmen and know their job , I couldn’t have asked for no one ☝🏾 better than those two. Moses , Tommy and Jovani just don’t know but they made my night that day. Kudos to ALL 3 gentlemen 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

My college age son bought a new Rogue.
My college age son bought a new Rogue. 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last Friday new tires, check engine light is on. They tell me we gotta pay $175 diagnostic fee to even check to see if the warranty to fix what’s wrong. I am gonna have to get his car there & him back & forth to work 2 days & leave the car. So they can even determine if it’s gonna be covered under warranty. Then I ask to see Tad. He put me off on Matt in service who was hateful as could be. Just recently I had my battery sluggish. I stopped but was told it was too close to closing to check my battery cables etc. I’m 65 year old female who really wanted to riisk getting stranded somewhere.! Good thing I was at home because very next day I had a dead battery at home. My neighbor boosted my battery. I did not return there for a battery. Nor did my son. His battery went dead week ago Friday. This past Friday required new tires, and now check engine light on. Is this the type vehicle Nissan is putting out. And service what happened to make it right & care for your customer? I’ve bought 6 cars from newton gallatin over the years. I’ve spent lots of money there & it’s terrible service. Your service manager is hateful to women. I’ve been talked down too & it was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer. My son purchased his car 2121, I bought a car last March. I won’t spend another dime there for a vehicle I’ll go next door. Why purchase externed warranty when your car starts falling apart at 36,000 miles. I’ve requested Mike to call me? Nothing! I’m disgusted. I will tell everyone my experience! I’m not the only resident in sumner county disappointed in newton nissan. I hope you are satisfied taking advantage of middle class people!

Top shelf customer service absolutely amazing customer service from top to bottom they will absolutely work with you they don’t push you they are patient with you and they will go over several different options for you such as this is what you will pay for this down payment and this is your rates and they actually give you three different term lengths for you to consider this will be my last Camaro I will own but it will not be the last vehicle I buy and when I do I’m coming here best in the business

Enjoy going to this Dealership to get service done on my vehicle compared to others I have been to. Spread out / comfortable waiting room, window to watch maintenance being completed, and courteous Personnel throughout the facility. I never feel pressured to do Maintenance, if there is any service coming it it'll all be documented as well as sent via text message. Will continue to get all my service done here when needed.

Just a little message about visit with service Department.I recently had my 10,000 mile checkup and had a great experience.I did notice after a minor problem and called service Department and spoke with Chip and he said "bring it on in we will take care of you at your convienience".And boy did they ever I met Brian Lewis at the door with a smile and great "hello"and was immediately sent to Chip who took care of this problem promptly!Such a minor issue was taken care of with such an extreme manor and I assure you Brian Lewis made me feel like part of the family!!!If someone does not accolade these two employees somehow with a thank you or a soda or a lunch or just a moment of some managerial time I would be highly dissapointed.I will check up on this!Thank you Nissan for a great experience.
