Since buying our first vehicle in 10 years, he made my husband and I feel comfortable and knowledgeable through the entire process. We have since returned and bought a second car from him. Before driving off the lot, we let him know we’d be back in about 10 years, but we knew we’d return to him and Newton Nissan before looking anywhere else. We highly recommend!

If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would! I went into today to see what my options are at getting a new car and right off the bat Brandon Payne welcomed me in and sat down with me. Listen to my needs and wants. He was upfront with me and explained things clearly, he definitely not your typical “Sales Car Dealer” just out to get your money and get paid. He took time with me and help me understand things not many sales car dealer will. He got me in and out in a timely manner! Even though I didn’t get a car today I will say I am definitely going back. Allowed me to adequately test drive both choices I was considering and was honest in his thoughts without pressure. Was really relaxed and felt no pressure at all in making my final decision. Was thorough in walking me through the entire sales process. Also provided options for getting my trade-in towed to their dealership and returning my rental car, which was a big help. I first contacted Newton Nissan because of my internet
I first contacted Newton Nissan because of my internet research on Cars.com. They were the ONLY dealer to offer a $10k discount on MSRP. No other dealer within 250 miles from me even came close. Paul reached out to me right away and his response on all questions and concerns that I had were quick and thorough. Paul took his personal time to shuttle from the rental car agency (as I rented a car to get to the dealership so I wouldn't have to get someone else to drive us up from Atlanta). Not only that, when I encountered a pricing issue (not their fault I might add), Paul and his management were quick to resolve it and went above and beyond to secure my faith in them and thus my business. The same held true by Jorge in Finance. He offered me an extended warranty deal that I couldn't refuse (and I usually refuse extended warranties) but this one made perfect sense. I liked the electronic signature screen on Jorge's desk. It was really state-of-the-art. The two cars that I purchased are just what we wanted and needed. My wife and I are very satisfied customers. I have been telling others about Paul and this dealership so hopefully I can send more business to them. It was a long drive from Atlanta but far worth it. I probably won't need a new car for many years (I take care of mine) but if I do, I know where to look and call.

He texted back within the hour with my "unicorn" car which actually exceeded my expectations. During the test drive, he taught me about the features of the car, and that time allowed us to establish a rapport for trust. He was transparent about the process and extremely helpful with the transition from my older car to my newer one. He was professional and reminded me of some of my best students during my teaching career. He had done his homework and presented himself as a seasoned professional despite his youth. Everyone from start to finish dealing with this minor repair was top notch and super easy to deal with. I was provided a loaner Titan and my repair took less than two days. To my amazement the repair was much beyond my expectations and the truck after a complimentary car wash looked great. Huge thanks for making my first visit to this service department a great one.

We just had our 2021 Nissan Maurano serviced with tire rotation and alignment before leaving McKinney, Texas a couple weeks ago to retire to our new home in Gallatin. For some reason; I was losing pressure in my left rear tire and this concerned me. I was so grateful that Matt is the young man that I approached to ask to whom I would speak to help me…not only did Matt listen to my concern, he immediately took my Maurano in the bay and checked out the tires and the PSI and assured me that he had them all where they needed to be. I came in the dealership to get oil change and tire rotation on other vehicle and seen another Rogue in the color I liked and talked to Moses about it in between his appointment. Moses politely asked Tommy Harper to show me the new vehicle since Moses appointment was was running over. Tommy introduced himself and we hit it off great, I had already told Moses don’t put me with no one that is not as friendly as him and wasn’t going to keep it real about the car prices. Tommy Harper listen to me and explained to me all the different gadgets on the new Rogue that was not on my other Rogue Moses sold to me and I was filled with joy of test driving it and Moses of when they detailed the car OMG it was a beautiful thing 😊 I really appreciate Jovani Campos listen to me concerning the car note I could pay and got it that range. The entire team I dealt with from sales to finance was incredibly professional. I ran into a hiccup after the car was delivered and that's where the true nature of a company comes out. In sales transactions it's not a matter of if something unexpected will happen, it's a matter of when. I received a letter stating they could possibly pay off
I received a letter stating they could possibly pay off my current loan and get me in a new vehicle. So I called and asked what are the odds because I didn't want my credit to be hit. They said that they will have to see. 10 hard inquires later I was told I'd need 6k down. So much for the letter. After so many hard inquires I figured why not buy anyway. After my vehicle purchase the manager called me and asked how things were. When I brought up the letter and the fact they didn't really honor it. He just change the subject and didn't even acknowledge it. Don't believe these offers they send out. It's just a way to get you in. If you do purchase from here, see Markis and the finance department helped me as well. I ultimately got the vehicle I wanted but am still stuck with my old one, making payments on it as well. If I ever purchase a new Nissan in the future I will not purchase from Newton.

My car was part of the air bag recall. I took it in and got the passenger side fixed quickly. I had to have a courtesy car until they could get the parts for the driver side air bag. They were very helpful, and didn't even laugh when they had to come unlock it for me (since it didn't have a smart key). When I needed a ride after bringing my car in to get fixed, they quickly got a service person to take me home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!

I bought a New Kicks in 2020.
I bought a New Kicks in 2020. The experience was great, even though my credit was questionable. The only reason I have given them only 4 stars is because of something that happened today. When I bought the car, they sold me an extended warranty. Since I planned on keeping the car for a long time I thought it would be best. My mistake. It cost me $4000 for something I have never used and now I can't. My car has 59,600 miles on it. The extended warranty ends at 60,000. I have an issue with the car not starting about once every 3-4 weeks. I went to Auto Zone and had the battery tested. I also tested it with my battery charger and reconditioner at home. The battery is fine. Auto Zone said it is the voltage regulator. Last week, I tried twice to call the dealer to get in and got disconnected both times. So, today I drove the 34 miles to the dealership, where I was told that they could not see me without an appointment and they are booked through next week. By then, my extended warranty will be expired due to mileage. The warranty must be used at Newton Nissan South. Had I realized that, I could have saved $4000. WOW. I can't even leave a review if I can't remember names from 3YEARS AGO!!!! UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by the dealership and they got me in the next day. They told me it was the battery. Well, I have a new battery in it now and we will see how it goes.

My car was part of the air bag recall. I took it in and got the passenger side fixed quickly. I had to have a courtesy car until they could get the parts for the driver side air bag. They were very helpful, and didn't even laugh when they had to come unlock it for me (since it didn't have a smart key). When I needed a ride after bringing my car in to get fixed, they quickly got a service person to take me home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!

When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships......

My 2019 F150 had a rough idling engine. It’s a known problem You look at the F150 forms. Lots of discussion about the problem. One of the cams is out of time and a bad PVC valve. I think it was something like that .At any rate truck’s running better than ever checked the transmission for rough shifts and that’s been sorted out. Everything turned out great. Valet service 62 mile round-trip picked up my vehicle on a Monday had her back to me Thursday morning The estimate was one price I paid significantly less, very pleased with Newton Ford. Joshua was my service writer very attentive gentleman This is what a car dealership supposed to be. And for you techie types out there I’m an old school guy, but I asked AI to rate Central Tennessee Ford dealerships for service Newton was number seven out of 150. That’s why I picked them along with location, It’s pretty doggone good I believe they’ve earned that. I We’ll go back to them again 110% satisfied which is very rare for me in a car dealership.

My 2019 F150 had a rough idling engine. It’s a known problem You look at the F150 forms. Lots of discussion about the problem. One of the cams is out of time and a bad PVC valve. I think it was something like that .At any rate truck’s running better than ever checked the transmission for rough shifts and that’s been sorted out. Everything turned out great. Valet service 62 mile round-trip picked up my vehicle on a Monday had her back to me Thursday morning The estimate was one price I paid significantly less, very pleased with Newton Ford. Joshua was my service writer very attentive gentleman This is what a car dealership supposed to be. And for you techie types out there I’m an old school guy, but I asked AI to rate Central Tennessee Ford dealerships for service Newton was number seven out of 150. That’s why I picked them along with location, It’s pretty doggone good I believe they’ve earned that. I We’ll go back to them again 110% satisfied which is very rare for me in a car dealership.

I requested the shuttle service when I made the
I requested the shuttle service when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, no one knew that I had requested it. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was taken to work, which made me late to work. When I was informed my vehicle was ready, I reminded them I needed a pickup shuttle. When I got off work, no one was there to pick me up, so I had to call again and waited for another 15 minutes before I was taken back to the dealership. This service is offered by the dealership and needs to be improved upon because I don’t have anyone close enough to take me and I don’t feel it is right to ask my coworkers.

This was my first visit to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a complete review of my car and suggested additional service based on my cars mileage. They were not pushy about doing this additional service which I really appreciated. The dealership I have been using has always been aggressive about doing additional service work. My car was returned to me washed and clean on the inside as well. I look forward to doing all of my service work there in the future.

Everyone at the dealership that I met was great. David, CJ and the service manager, I think his name was Craig was very nice. The only thing that was wrong was, whoever the clean up person is covered up a mess on the driver side floor board in/on the carpet and I found it when I was putting my personal items in the truck. Some may think this is nothing but when you’re selling nearly a $100,000.00 truck a good impression goes a long way.

Brent Woodham was fantastic. He was very professional. He showed us around the local area while making our test drives. I told them up front what I wanted for my trade in and after some discussion that price was agreed upon. The only complaint I have is the online pictures didn’t accurately show some pretty significant gouges/damage in the paint which I discovered after driving 2 hours to see the vehicle in person. They did reduce the price to compensate for this and we were able to make a deal. I would recommend Guntersville Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Ned was by far one of the best service managers I’ve ever encountered. His level of service and care is the main reason I will come back to this specific Chevy dealer for service and now for any future new/used car needs as well. AAA+++++++

I was treated with respect and when I was ready to leave they didn’t try to force me to stay like so many other dealers. They gave me a best price and I shopped around only to waste the entire day and finish where I started with the original truck I test drove. They didn’t come up with excuses or push extra. Didn’t want. It was a pleasant experience over all
